General
What is TeleAI?
TeleAI is an enterprise AI Gateway providing a unified, OpenAI-compatible API to multiple AI providers with multi-tenant governance, usage tracking, and cost management.
What is included in the Pilot?
Chat completions, embeddings, image generation, Portal visibility (Dashboard, Usage, Costs), and cost budgets/alerts. Prompt OS, Workflow, and Agent modules are not included.
Is the Pilot free?
Yes. The Pilot is free under a Letter of Intent (LOI). No online payment during Pilot.
Getting Started
How do I get access?
TeleAI provisions your tenant, admin user, and API key. Credentials are delivered via secure channel. No self-service signup during Pilot.
What does my API key look like?
Keys start with teleai_ followed by a hex string. Use as Bearer token: Authorization: Bearer teleai_...
Integration
Is TeleAI OpenAI-compatible?
Yes. Set your OpenAI SDK base_url to the TeleAI Gateway URL and use your teleai_* key as api_key.
Which models are supported?
OpenAI (gpt-4o, gpt-4o-mini), Anthropic (claude-3-5-sonnet), Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and Qwen — depending on tenant configuration.
Billing
When will I be charged?
Not during Pilot. Billing dashboards show projected costs. Paid conversion happens after pilot completion with mutual LOI.
